Warranty

At Elm & Form, we believe lighting should bring warmth, balance, and lasting quality into your home. All of our lighting pieces are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, craftsmanship, and electrical components under normal indoor residential use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@elmform.com and include:

• your order number,

• a short description of the issue,

• clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund where applicable.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

• manufacturing defects,

• structural or assembly defects,

• electrical component failure under proper use,

• damage caused by internal product faults.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage,

• improper installation or misuse,

• exposure to moisture, outdoor conditions, or excessive heat,

• normal wear and tear,

• cosmetic changes such as scratches, fading, or discoloration over time,

• damage caused by modifications or repairs not authorised by Elm & Form,

• bulbs or other consumable components.

We recommend installation by a qualified electrician where appropriate.

Warranty Claims

Please include:

• your full name,

• order number,

• proof of purchase,

• photos or videos showing the issue.

Resolution

If a covered defect is confirmed, we may:

• provide replacement parts,

• replace the product with the same or a comparable item,

• offer a partial or full refund where appropriate.

All warranty claims are reviewed individually and resolved in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
