Are your lights compatible with UK electrical standards?
Yes. Our lighting products are compatible with UK voltage standards.
Products supplied to customers in the United Kingdom are selected to ensure compatibility with UK voltage standards and safe everyday use.
Do bulbs come included with the lights?
Bulb inclusion varies depending on the product.

Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. All eligible products are covered by our 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal indoor use.

Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (UK Time). Orders placed after this time are considered received on the next business day for processing purposes.
Estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days after dispatch.
